I absolutley LOVE Labelle Winery in Amherst, NH and I got this delish recipe from one of the many wine testings I attended! For best flavor, prepare the Sangria a few hours before drinking to develop full-bodied flavor!
What you need:
4 tablespoons sugar
3 o. Apple or Apricot Brandy or Peach Schnapps
1 lime, sliced
1 pint of berries (your chose! strawberries, blackberries, etc)
1 lemon sliced
I apple sliced
2 ripe peaches sliced
1 bottle of LaBelle Winery Dry Apple Wine (Or any apple wine, if you do not live in NH to get the DELICIOUS LaBelle Wine)
2 cups of good quality orange juice or passion fruit juice
Sparkling Soda Water for topping off glasses of Sangria at table
What to do:
Combine all ingredients except soda water in a large pitcher. Chill Sangria Several hours.
To Serve: Spoon fruits from pitcher into glasses or goblets, adding fresh berries in each glass, pour Sangria over the fruit. Top glasses off with a splash of soda water. Enjoy!
Yummmyyyyyyy AppleTini’s
2 parts Dry Apple Wine or Granite State Apple Wine
2 part Dekuyper's Buttershots
1 part Dekuyper's Sour Apple Pucker
