It seems that everyone has been rather stressed lately, so I wanted to write a quick post on how to enhance your life in just a few minutes. I truly believe that we need to take time and appreciate the little things in life!

Turn off that TV, grab a glass of wine, and cuddle up with someone who is special to you!

Even a brisk walk can enhance your mood significantly! Heck, you could even dance in front of the mirror...I won't tell anyone.
{Write a "thank you note" to a loved one}
Forget the text messages, the e-mails, the Facebook comments...write a letter and actually mail it.
{Look through your oldest family photo album}
Sometimes you just need a quick reminder that your family will always be there for you! Family memories always seem to bring a smile...

When was the last time you stopped everything you were doing and just played? Next time it rains go puddle hopping...draw flowers on the sidewalk with chalk...go skinny dipping! Just have fun.
