20 Things To Start Doing In Your Relationships

Free yourself from negative people.

Let go of those who are already gone.

Give people you know a fair chance.

Show everyone kindness and respect.

Accept people just the way they are.

Encourage others and cheer for them.

Be your imperfectly perfect self.

Forgive people and move forward.

Do little things every day for others.

Always be loyal.

Stay in better touch with people that matter to you.

Keep promises and tell the truth.

Give what you want to receive.

Say what you mean and mean what you say.

Allow others to make their own decisions.

Talk a little less, listen a little more.

Leave petty arguments alone.

Pay attention to your relationships with yourself.

Pay attention to who your real friends are.

Ignore unconstructive, hurtful commentary

Advice From The Top Young Millionaires

C.S Lewis once said, "You are never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream." With that being said,  I would like to encourage you to follow your dreams and actively pursue whatever idea you may have in your mind. Sure, taking a leap of faith is scary, but it shouldn't stop you! Fight for what you believe in and take a moment to read some inspiring advice from the top  young millionaires and billionaire CEOs that I found on Addicted2Success.com

Sara Blakely, the founder of Spanx, says" Embrace what you don't know, especially in the beginning because what you don't know can become your greatest asset. It ensure that you will be doing things different from everybody else."

David Karp, the founder of Tumblr, encourages you to "Find a space where you can be creative and place where you are open for free thinking, you want to enjoy what you are doing and what you are best at.

Sean Parker, the man who created a buzz early in my college days, the founder of Napster, claims that "Your biggest challenge as an entrepreneur is not concealing your idea from others or keeping your idea a secret, it is actually convincing people that you are not crazy and that you can pull it off."

Mark Zuckerberg, the face behind one of the most widely visited websites, the founder of Facebook says, "It is important for young entrepreneurs to be adequately self-aware to know what they do not know."

Tony Hsieh, the founder of Zappos believes that you should "Be true to yourself. If you follow that principle, a lot of decisions are actually pretty easy."

Andrew Mason, the founder of Groupon, gives this solid advice: "You're building a tool, not a piece of art. Don't be blinded by the vision.

Pete Cashmore, the man behind the infamous website, Mashable says: "You need space to try things and create. It takes a long time to re-calibrate if you let people pull at you all the time. A lot of stress comes from reacting to stuff. You have to keep a certain guard (up), if you are a creative person."

Lastly, I would like to share Jack Dorsey's amazing advice:
"I think the biggest thing to do- the hardest thing to do- is to start. You have all these ideas and everyone has an idea but it's really about executing the idea and building the idea and attracting other people to help you work on the idea. That is the biggest challenge. But the way to begin is to get the idea out of your head, draw it out, talk abut it, program it if you are a programmer or make it if you are building something."
