DIY: Acrylic Glass Ornaments

Oh Pinterest, you have inspired me to create yet again!

Pinterest/Christmas

These BEAUTIFUL ornaments are not only easy to make but they can be used as gifts!

What you need:

A box of clear ornaments. Make sure they are clear!

An assortment of acrylic paints (the colors are up to you!)

Procedure:

1. Take the top of the ornament off, so you can put the paint inside.

2. To achieve effect: drip paint slowly into ornament. You can tap the sides and swirl the ornament to distribute the paint throughout.
As you swirl the ornament, it creates a lovely marbling effect so much sure you use a variety of colors!

3. After you have created your little masterpiece, let them dry for about an hour, then hang them on your tree!

  2. What kind of paint did you use? Did you use acrylic? Also, when putting the paint in ornament, did you angle paint to the curve of ornament and rotate?
