Want a flat tummy? Whip up these delish smoothies when you wake up!
They are rich in digestion supporting ingredients which will prevent bloating and digestive stress.
What you need:
Blender
3/4 cup papaya
3/4 cup sliced peaches
1/2 pear sliced
1 tsp. fresh ginger
2 mint leaves
water to thin
{HappyHour Tip: Want a little protein? Add some Greek Yogurt!}
Mix all ingredients together in blender. Enjoy!
