Something I definitely need to do is de-stress. In the past few days I have been on the go, go, go. Naturally, remodeling a home has its ups and downs but I must not forget how to R E L A X.

2. Listen to calming music at night before you go to bed, or while you take your evening shower/bath.
3. Have a massage at least once a month. Trust me. It will feel amazing and will relieve that tension that you have bottled up within.
4. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day or take a 20 minute walk after dinner.
5. Take natural vitamins daily.
